LAI is transferred to Japan. SUM questions LAI for the reason and LAI reacts to him coldly. SUM tries to air his grievances to RICHARD but LAI reveals to him that everything was a lie. SUM is deeply hurt and he stops going to work. MEI calls SUM and SUM reveals everything to her. MEI returns home and accuses LAI for getting the promotion by making use of relationships.
